Quartzize Worktops, is a fast growing business in the kitchen renovation sector in the UK, we are looking for a Fitted Kitchen Technical Assistant for a full-time position in our busy and dynamic customer service team based in Skewen.

About The Job

As a Fitted Kitchen Technical Assistant, you’ll be assisting one of our installation directors with the daily responsibilities of plan checking, ordering, and arranging schedules for in-house installers. You will also work with our fleet to coordinate delivery schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Plan checking and ordering materials.
• Coordinating schedules for in-house installers.
• Assisting with the arrangement of delivery schedules.
• Working closely with installation directors.
• Contributing to the seamless operation of our customer service team.

About You:

• Experience in fitted kitchens, possibly as a technical surveyor or an in-house designer.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Prepared for hard work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
