Job Role: Customer Call Specialist

Job Description

Quartzize, the UK’s premier provider of quartz overlay worktops and kitchen makeovers, is expanding its team! We’re in search of individuals passionate about enhancing customer experiences to join our Customer Consultation team. This isn’t your typical “telesales” job. Based in our lively Showroom/Manufacturing site, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, engaging with clients who are looking forward to speaking with you.

About The Job

You’ll play a crucial role in our sales process, from the initial consultation calls with prospective clients (no cold calling here!) to guiding them through their decision-making process, all the way to the final stages of their kitchen transformation. Your job is to ensure clients feel heard, valued, and excited about the possibilities with Quartzize.

Note: This position focuses solely on handling calls from interested clients; there is no cold calling involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming enquiries from interested clients, ensuring they feel valued from the first point of contact.
  • Engage with clients over the phone who have requested home consultations, providing them with information and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist in guiding prospective clients through the sales process, answering queries, offering solutions, and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with a small, close-knit team that’s passionate about delivering excellence and making a tangible difference in people’s homes and lives.

About You:

  • Good at organising your work and tackling tasks with enthusiasm.

Schedule:

  • Flexible Work Schedule: As a 7-day-a-week business, we operate on a rota basis, which includes some Saturdays and Sundays.
