We’re on the hunt for dedicated incoming telesales staff to join us full-time and help make our customer service shine even brighter.

About The Job

As an incoming call handler, your voice will be the first warm welcome our prospective clients receive. Your role bridges the gap between our national advertising campaigns and ensuring clients are matched with the perfect field sales representative. Together, let’s transform initial curiosity into lasting customer relationships!

Note: This position focuses solely on handling incoming calls; there is no cold calling involved.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming sales enquiries from interested clients.
• Schedule appointments for our field sales representatives.
• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude to offer top-notch customer service.

About You:

• Eager to be part of a team-focused environment.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service would be a bonus, but not essential.

Benefits:

• Attractive Compensation: A basic wage of £10.50 per hour, complemented by an average weekly bonus of around £400. The average annual wage within our sales office is a rewarding £43,000.

Schedule:

• Flexible Work Schedule: As a 7-day-a-week business, we operate on a rota basis, which includes some Saturdays and Sundays.

Experience:
